Day two has come and gone.
Not gonna lie, hard to see the work input with these last few workouts. The volume is low as well as intensity so I guess I'll just have a bit of faith.
Today was all Hang-Power positions for doubles. Both lifts felt fast on the pull but a bit slower on the turn-over. Might have to do with the shoulder but we'll see. More to post at the end of the week. Stay Strong!
